Marla Blow

Marla is Chief Executive Officer of FS Card and a member of the company’s board of directors. Prior to FS Card Marla served as Assistant Director of Card and Payment Markets at the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau. Marla previously spent seven years in a variety of functions at Capital One. Marla graduated from Stanford University Graduate School of Business with an MBA, and also earned a BS degree in Economics from University of Pennsylvania, Wharton.

Jodi Golinsky

General Counsel
Jodi Golinsky is General Counsel & Chief Compliance Officer and serves as the Secretary of FS Card's Board of Directors.  She is also a partner at Fenway Summer. Prior to joining FS Card Inc., Jodi was the Deputy U.S. General Counsel for Wonga U.S., where she was responsible for helping to launch a U.S. small business lending platform. Previously, Jodi was Chief Prepaid Counsel at American Express, where she oversaw approximately fifteen new product launches, managed their money transmitter licenses, and served on the Global Prepaid executive leadership team.  Prior to joining American Express, Jodi was Vice President, U.S. Regulatory & Public Policy Counsel for MasterCard Worldwide, where she was responsible for managing all U.S. regulatory affairs and public policy matters.  Jodi began her legal career clerking for the Honorable Denny Chin (SDNY) and for the Honorable Ralph K. Winter (Chief Judge, Second Circuit).  She was then an associate at Davis Polk & Wardwell, where she concentrated on regulatory investigations and securities fraud litigation.

Tiago Requeijo

Chief Technology Officer
Tiago Requeijo is the Lead Data Scientist and CTO at FS Card, and has led the development of FS Card's underwriting engine. Before joining FS Card, Tiago was a Director at The Rock Creek Group, a global investment and advisory firm based in Washington, DC. He also spent two years with the Securities and Exchange Commission where he focused on quantitative risk assessment for broker-dealers and worked on rules connected to the Dodd-Frank Act. Prior to his work at the SEC, he was an Associate in the Market Risk Management and Analysis group at Goldman Sachs in New York, working on Value-at-Risk and stress testing for equity products. Tiago is also a faculty member in the Finance Department in the School of Business at George Mason University. He earned a PhD in Mathematics from Stanford University and an undergraduate degree in Applied Mathematics and Computer Science from IST in Portugal.
