Marla Blow

CEO
Marla is Chief Executive Officer of FS Card and a member of the company’s board of directors. Prior to FS Card Marla served as Assistant Director of Card and Payment Markets at the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau. Marla previously spent seven years in a variety of functions at Capital One. Marla graduated from Stanford University Graduate School of Business with an MBA, and also earned a BS degree in Economics from University of Pennsylvania, Wharton.

Ben Edelman

Chief Financial Officer
As Vice President of Financial Planning and Acting CFO for FS Card, Ben manages all aspects of finance including budgeting, forecasting, accounting and treasury for FS Card’s growing business. Prior to FS Card Ben led the Business Intelligence program at the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau. He previously spent 11 years at Capital One, where he led teams analyzing credit risk and financial planning across consumer lending businesses. Ben holds an MBA from the Yale School of Management and a BA in Mathematics from Princeton University.

Tim Richey

Chief Operations Officer
Tim leads operations and servicing at FS Card. He has 20 years’ experience in process engineering in the banking industry. Tim has also worked as an independent consultant for multiple organizations including Fannie Mae. Tim earned an MIM in International Finance at Thunderbird School of Global Management, an MBA at Willamette University, and a Bachelor of Science at Pitzer College.

Meena Jain

Director Data Analysis
As a Director Data Analysis at FS Card, Meena focuses on end to end data management and quantitative analysis of credit card performance.  Prior to joining FS Card, Meena was Senior Financial Data Analyst at First Niagara Bank, where she architected and managed the Quantitative Risk Management database and analyzed product performance.  Meena started her professional career as a Software Engineer at Infosys where she designed and developed various E-banking modules for Finacle – one of the world’s leading banking suites.  Meena earned her Master of Science (MS) in Management Information Systems from State University of New York at Buffalo and a Bachelor of Engineering (B.E.) from Osmania University, India.

Rhonda Oye

Legal Affairs Manager
Rhonda is a Legal Affairs Manager at FS Card.  She has over 25 years of diverse legal and business experience covering several industries, in private and public companies, as well as law firms. Prior to joining FS Card, Rhonda served as a consultant at a cyber accelerator called Mach 37. Rhonda also worked as a Legal Manager at LCC International focusing on debt and equity financing transactions, corporate integration and compliance. In addition, she spent five years at E*TRADE where she worked on strategic transactions, regulatory compliance and corporate governance. Rhonda received a BA in political science from Texas Tech University.
